I believe that good design should be almost invisible. Good design is in the details. Good design is emotional, and makes lives better. Good design is human-centred.
And I believe that anything can be designed.
I have been evolving these beliefs in different organisations, in design agencies, as a freelancer, and in large corporate organisations, across different industries and in consumer and business to business environments. The one thing that has always remained constant is people.
I believe that understanding people is the key to making improvements to what already exists, and identifying where opportunities lie to create what doesn't. I believe that understanding people helps make projects deliver faster and with better results.
